My Thoughts About God, Jesus and Holy Spirit

First off I want to say they are all one in three persons so I am going to relate all these things to God, the Father.  God is awesome, holy and righteous.  He is the almighty, all powerful one, the King of Kings the Lord of Lord’s.  He is pure and holy and the only true God.  His righteousness and His purity exceed all others.  His power and might are beyond comprehension along with His love, grace, mercy, and patience.  God’s thoughts and ways are much higher than ours and men and women desire His wisdom.  He created man in His image and likeness and woman to be his helpmate.

He is the creator of heaven and earth and all that dwell therein.  He created the stars, the sun, the moon, all the planets and the galaxy.  He put the sun far enough away from the earth so it won’t burn up and close enough to the sun that it won’t freeze over.

Typhoons, tidal waves, tornadoes, tsunamis, hurricanes and twisters, wind, rain, hail, lightning and thunder do His bidding. He is in control of all these things.  He brings forth snow and ice when He wills it to happen.  When He speaks the mountains quake and the rocks are split into pieces.

He is a mighty warrior and when His anger is aroused men’s hearts fail them for fear. God is totally beyond comprehension or understanding.  He is a refiner’s fire and He is also a consuming fire.

God is a jealous God and He is also a loving, kind, merciful and just God.  God is also our provider, our sustainer, our refuge and shelter and our strong tower. He is our deliverer, comforter, healer and reconciler.  God is the giver of the good and perfect gifts.  He is our redeemer and the lifter of our heads.  He is the soon and coming King.

God shed His blood in the form of His Son for our sins and He lives in the hearts of His children in the form of the Holy Spirit.  He is omniscient and omnipresent, He can be everywhere at all times.

When we pray in faith, believing, He answers our prayers. Acts 17:28 says, “For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.”  He defends and rescues the righteous.  James 4:6 says, “But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: ‘God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.”  At times He gives us the desire of our hearts.  God chastises and corrects us when we need it, He has no spoiled kids.  He gives us gifts and talents and makes us new creations.

He judges sin and there are always consequences for it because He is totally just and fair.  He gives His children the peace and joy that surpasses all understanding.  At times He overwhelms us with His presence.   He brings forth true revival and revives the soul of men and women.  He never leaves us or forsakes us, never.
He is the rose of Sharon, the Prince of peace, the Lion of Judah.  Hebrews 11:6 says, “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”  He has given us His love letter~ His Word.  He made a way when there was no way to stand in His presence because of our sins.  He loves us with an unconditional love.  He gives us the fruits of the Spirit.

Psalm 22:3 says, “But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.”  He loves it when we praise Him. When we are tempted we are never tempted by Him and He always provides a way out.  He gives hope to His children and promises to take the redeemed to heaven someday.  He is our encourager and, if we seek it and ask for it, He fills us with wisdom, knowledge and understanding of spiritual things.  His plan is not to harm us but to prosper us and give us hope and a future.  Romans 8:28 says, “And we know that to them that love God all things work together for good, even to them that are called according to his purpose.”  God gives us power to be witnesses of His.  He opens prison doors and sets the captive free.

I guess I could go on and on but I am going to stop here.  Maybe you could write your own thoughts about the trinity.  The more you write the more you would have to thank and praise God for, try it and have a great day.  God bless you.
